Hannah Cooper

Hannah is a day care worker who make $9.75 an hour.  Her average monthly earnings are $1600/month.  Her take home pay is about $1325/month.  She shares an apartment with a friend, rent is $350.  Utilities are $40 a month.  Gasoline is $125 on average per month.  Her car is paid for but she has to pay about $150 a month in insurance (she had some speeding tickets)

She has a cell phone that costs her $100 a month.  Her internet account is $60 a month.  DirectTV is $85 a month.  She shops a lot and spends about $150 a month on clothing.  She loves to go out on the weekends, dropping an average of $50 a week on entertainment.

 

She buys food every week and spends about $90 – 120 on groceries per week. 

She is paying on a student loan, $130 a month and a personal loan which is $85 a month.

Hannah is finding that she does not have enough money to last her the whole month.
