Job Interview
Simulation |
1) Break yourselves up into groups of three.
2) Each person in the group will either be the
(a) Interviewer -
(Person asking the questions)
(b) Interviewee (Person Trying to get the Job)
(c) Grader/Filmer (Person Filling out the peer
review and Filming).
3) We will use a paper version of this Peer Review
form to
allow us to give the feedback to our interviewee.
4) Each interview will last approximately 6 minutes.
5) Interviewer will conduct an Interview with your
Interviewee.
6) Interviewee will answer questions in a professional way. Follow the advice we learned from the PowerPoint and
videos you watched last week
7) Grader will give feedback to the interviewee.
8) Students will switch roles until all students have had a
chance to perform a practice job interview.
9) If time permits, students will review videotaped footage
of their answers. We will review some great
answers and some things to improve upon. |
